Inspiration…

Cherchant des idées pour l’aménagement de cette pièce je suis tombée sur le Sewing Room Organization Challenge http://thedomesticdiva.wordpress.com/2007/06/30/the-sewing-room-organization-challenge-begins-now/ Ce fut une révélation !!! On y trouve beaucoup, beaucoup de bonnes idées. J’ai également longuement consulté la fonction Images de Google afin de trouver des images correspondant à « Chambre de couture », « Sewing room », etc.

Travaux effectués

Après plusieurs heures de peinture, j’ai enfin pu m’attaquer à la décoration, au rangement et à la création de petits projets à la fois utiles et décoratifs. J’ai donc créé des rideaux, deux pêle-mêle, installé des tablettes au mur et dans le garde-robe, créé et installé un panneau perforé et je me suis munie d’une table de coupe pliante qui peut facilement être rangée et qui pourra servir à bien d’autres choses.

You can find a lot of great ideas there. I also used intensively the “Images” function in Google in order to find images of Sewing rooms and Crafting rooms.

Work done

After painting for several hours, I was ready to put all my energy on design and storage ideas, as well as other smalls projects that would be useful and cute. So, I sewed curtains, I created two ribbons boards, I’ve installed some shelves on the wall and in the wardrobe, I’ve created and installed a pegboard and I bought a foldable cutting table that can be easily stored and will also be really useful outside of this room.
